One of the best pizzas i have ever had. Top 5 for sure. Pre-ordered for takeout. Watched them work the station as i waited. Every pizza is inspected, every crust and underside is checked for quality. The blistering and seasoning on the crust was perfect. Great chew on the dough, pizza slice held straight, no flop in the middle. Key point that. The ezzo pepperoni slaps on that pie. It was delicous. Mike’s hot honey is a must have addition. My pizzas was ready at the exact time I ordered it for. Cant wait to eat here again.

We ordered the extra-fancy one, and honestly it was amazing. From the first bite you could feel the layers of flavour—every second brought something new, and it was really enjoyable. For people who don’t eat much, the 13-inch is probably enough, but I was fully committed to the 17-inch because I love pizza. It doesn’t need any sauce like ketchup or anything else; everything on this pizza works perfectly on its own. They also had a traditional-style drink that reminded me of the good old days back home, and I hadn’t seen one like that in a long time. The atmosphere was great, and I really appreciated the customer service.

We were at the top of the waitlist and had to wait for a little over 30 minutes - this is after receiving a text saying that a table was ready for us. After we were escorted to a cramped booth, I sat down and understood what was happening immediately: The staff move around and they treat it like a casual hobby. No hustle or urgency whatsoever. The water is warm and the waiters seem to find joy in ignoring your table. The pizza is fine. It's a few steps above chains like Freshslice. We ordered The Original and Magic Pie. The Original was very good with quality ingredients and cheese, and the Magic Pie was abysmal. The Magic Pie had almost no tomato sauce and subpar sausage, I really hated it. Some places get popular and become better, and others get worse. Noble Pie firmly sits in that second category.

This is the best pizza but some of the worst customer service I've had in Calgary. The crust is flaky and light but still has a good chew. The tomato sauce is rich and the cheese is sharp. I love that the basil leaves aren't too large. The slices of garlic are also a nice touch. A large pizza is a little pricey but that's something I'm willing to accept for this kind of quality. My only complaint is the poor customer service. Pizza is best eaten fresh and with little wait time but the staff however are not attentive and don't seem to be eager to get the pizza to you on time. On multiple occasions I have waited anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes for takeout. I don't mind waiting but when I arrive at the recommend time and my pizza is cooling or cold then I have an issue. Arrive before the recommended time. So if they give you cold pizza ask for your money back or this is not worth it.

Noble Pie serves great artisanal pizza, though it’s not a true New York slice like you’d find in NYC. The Roni was especially delicious and well balanced. The space works well for groups, though it can get a bit loud inside. Service was attentive and friendly, matching the casual but polished feel of the restaurant.
