So glad I found Noir! I have contemplated all afternoon, this is probably the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Quality and Service both outstanding. CLEAN - Great environment. Stylish and classy. This place would be fun for a girl date or even couples. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - I felt cared for from the first foot in the door until my exit. The technicians were dedicated to their clients 100% of the time. I also appreciated the lovely complimentary beverage (champagne for me) and bottled water. VARIETY - They can do practically anything for nails. I needed gel x removal and a new full set and they did an outstanding job. From the reviews, website, and being on site, I have full faith in the artistic design capabilities of this team. PRICE - You get what you pay for. I had a top tier experience and I don’t mind paying for that. The base price for my pedicure and gel x set were on par with what I’ve seen elsewhere. LOCATION - I’m not local to Vancouver. This location was easy to navigate to from the nearest major hwy and was on a busy road with many traffic lights to help navigate into the lot easily. Plenty of parking. I will definitely be back. I live an hour and fifteen away and this will be worth the drive. A really really good nail place can be hard to find. Give this place a try.
I absolutely love coming to Noir! They not only provide incredible services, but the entire experience is marvelous. I’ve especially loved getting their seasonal pedicures! They had a fun summer theme, Halloween and Fall theme and are currently offering a Gingerbread theme pedicure that was phenomenal. Of course, I have to give a huge shout out to the staff. The staff are so kind, accommodating and creative! I would recommend this special spot in Vancouver to anyone who loves a relaxing, spa like experience! Bonus shout out to Linda who took great care of me today! She did such a fabulous job on my pedicure and the foot massage at the end was the best I’ve ever had!
Just moved to Washington this year and I already chose this place to be my go to spot for nails. All the ladies that have done my nails did a great job but Heidi is top notch. The staff is friendly and the drinks are delicious. Most importantly the products they use last weeks. I get regular polish on my toes and it goes a whole month without chipping. The establishment is spotless and the set up makes you feel like you’re in Beverly Hills. Highly recommend this business.
I’ve come to Noir twice now and both times were super pleasant! I love their instagram page and their social media presence drew me in. They serve (one) complimentary beverage for your visit and the options include wine, beer, and non alcoholic cocktails. The salon is very clean and stylish, the bathroom is so cute, and they have an easy check in process. The first time I made an appointment and the second time I took my chances with just walking in, I was never waiting for too long. I think the price point is worth it and when you check out they have a screen that shows you what each service cost. I payed $87 for my second set of gel X nails including a tip. Caroline was so nice and her attention to detail was amazing! She even filed away extra product from underneath my nails. I’ll definitely be a returning customer while in Vancouver. Extra points: I have a very physical job working with animals and my nails survived 3 weeks of rough labor.
THIS PLACE DONT PLAY!!! They did sooooo GOOD! I had these done by Ken and I asked if these weren’t possible that we can change it and he said “DONT WORRY I CAN DO IT” & safe to say HE ATE! The moment he pulled out his tools and air sprayed the design I KNEW he was coming to slay. For sure coming back this is a well deserved 5 starts they are very accommodating! The interior is so aesthetic and the CAFE YASSSS! I did the espresso pedicure and the scent…. AMAZING! Linda did a great job! The massage… AMAZING! Love them!
