I brought my 05 pontiac here for an oil leak. I was told I need a new engine and it would cost $7000. I almost junked it but felt that was wrong. I had paid $135 diagnostic fee and towed it elsewhere. All it needed was an oil pan for $700. It was cracked. I called to ask how they came up with a new engine and never quoted an oil pan. He told me the mechanics look at it and said my engine was loud. I have a custom exhaust which is loud. To confuse that with the engine is very concerning.

I recommend Ray, Yvette, Quincy, and team of NOLA Automotive Repairs, downtown at the corner of Earhart and Simon Bolivar, for their professional and friendly customer service, and for their quick and efficient repair. Disaster struck my 2018 Mazda 3, the engine blown and beyond repair. After making the big decision of whether to replace the engine or to replace the car, I decided to call NOLA Automotive Repairs, who had taken care of the car on previous occasions over the years, from when I first learned about them, by word of mouth. NOLA Automotive found me a replacement engine with a good warranty, and kept me updated throughout the process. While under the hood, they offered to replace the worn clutch, too, saving me a few hundred dollars in labor by the preventative care. Of course, I’m happy that it’s over with, and I’m also happy to have done business with these guys. If you would like in-and-out service and good communication for your vehicle needs, then I would recommend that you call the team at NOLA Automotive Repairs.
