Never will rent from them again I rented a table and 13 chairs the table was broken and there was only 12 chairs. She called me a liar and said that I broke the table. I called them right away to let them know my event had to be canceled very rude never, will I ever go there again I do not recommend. See another lie you do not deliver to me. I had to come pick them up and put them in my own truck with no
I gave two stars because they were able to accommodate us on short notice and I appreciated that. However; I was quoted a time for delivery for after 7pm, they should’ve said after 9 in the first place since they arrived at 9:45pm. We were charged $285 for delivery, l had to to bring them in ourselves and $35 for cleaning fee and the tables were filthy when they arrived!!! The lady who delivered them told us to just put tablecloths on them. I asked to be reimbursed for some of the delivery fees and the cleaning fee and was told they don’t do reimbursements. I will not be using their service again, no matter how last minute it is.
Michael is the best! Order, Pick Up and Execution has been tremendous. I always have small events and Nola Party Rental has been my go to. Ordering from them has taken my intimate events to the next level! The service with Michael is consistent and he's easy going. The staff I've met has been really friendly and helpful.
The Customer service is amazing with them, when I lived in New Orleans they did all of my events and I can honestly say they are the best New Orleans has, you guys wont regret getting any service from them! 5 stars all the way! 🎉
