For the longest time, I was having trouble with my 3DS. It wouldn’t charge properly, and when it did, the battery drained incredibly fast. I called multiple places around the city and couldn’t find anyone who worked on 3DS repairs… or so I thought! During my search, I finally came across Nook Repairs, and oh my goodness, what a delight! I emailed Missy, the store owner, and they responded quickly with helpful advice and invited me to stop by the shop. The moment I walked into Nook Repairs, I was warmly greeted by Missy. While she reviewed my 3DS, I was able to browse their video game selection, which was a nice bonus! She explained what the issue might be and gave me an estimate of how long the repairs might take. Two weeks later, I received a text from Missy letting me know the repairs were complete! They had fully replaced the charging port, and I can finally use wired charging again. I was absolutely overjoyed by the level of detail and care that went into repairing my 3DS ❤️ From the excellent, kindhearted communication to the top-tier knowledge of gaming systems, Nook Repairs is now my go-to for all things electronic. Give this company your business! I am always skeptical about submitting games for repair and leaving them. The owner is extremely kind and will message you regarding your repairs as well. Not only did they repair a .1 MM transistor in the board, but the save was still there. This was less than a week In comparison to sending my game off and it returning in 1 month by the way!
