Exactly a week ago a tech came out to fix a fridge that had stopped cooling. The tech seemed to think a temporary fix would last a year but a week later it stopped cooling again. When I called about trying to find a solution he offered to send a tech again to do the same thing he already did even though it didn’t help it was clear they weren’t capable of fixing the problem. When I asked if I could part of money back he said absolutely not even though the service they provided didn’t work. This review is for people to think if what they’re offering you is worth because there’s no back if doesn’t work.
I was blown away by how much extra help they offered without charging more. Their technician was so organized and skilled on fixing my refrigerator hinge. Now my fridge works perfectly again! We'll absolutely call them for future repairs and tell all our neighbors about them too.
