When I say they literally saved the day I can't begin to not thanking them! I stopped in last minute out of town. They took me in and I cannot be more grateful. I went to a previous shop and they explained to me what might have not been correctly. Fixed my truck within a very reasonable amount of time with no issues. I highly recommend this place
The guys at North Avenue Automotive were true Superheroes when it came to my Jeep Wrangler. I previously used a service center that closed without notice. North Ave Auto fought hard with the parts manufacturer to honor my previous warranty. They saved me hundreds of dollars on faulty work that was barely a year old. They honestly saved the day.
I brought my car in to get the brakes looked at as they were making a grinding sound. Matt and Denny advised it is probably because it had been sitting for about 2 weeks and could not find any damage to the brakes. They insisted no work needed to be done. I very much appreciated their expertise and honest customer service. I will be bringing my vehicles to North Ave Automotive in the future.
I dropped off my car off at 8 am I was called by 8:45 with the issue of my car which it had a few, I was told the best thing for me without breaking the bank, and Denny told that this would be the best way to take and cost effective for my cars issues. I appreciate their honesty and not trying to screw me out out of a bunch of money especially when I’m on a budget to begin with. Matt who worked on my car was very pleasant and helpful and he explained to me what was wrong with my car so that I understand it. The owner Paul was very helpful and pleasant to me as well, I can’t say enough good things about this place. They are all wonderful people and I will definitely be taking all my cars back to them! I picked up my car at 3:45, it was promised to me at 5 and done before! I was definitely impressed! Thank you guys for the impressive service!!
During the winter, late in the morning, I experienced a coolant leak and an overheated engine. I looked online for different car shops that could repair a coolant leak without costing an arm, one that could get me in the same day, and one that didn’t have poor customer service. Although I couldn’t afford to be picky, I was relived to stumble across this one. The workers and receptionist were so warm and comfortable. I opted to stay the few hours that they would’ve been working on the leak since it was too cold to walk back to my house even though I live nearby. The receptionist gave me his work coat when he saw me shivering like a dog, and one of the workers from the back came to the lobby and we all struck up a good conversation. It was my first time there and I usually don’t trust any car shops because they’re unfamiliar to me, could use their automotive knowledge to scam me, or not do a good job with my vehicle. But not only did these people fix my coolant leak while also taking my financial situation into account, but they were compassionate and approachable. I’ve taken my truck to different shops before and no one has ever mentioned things that should’ve been mentioned, rather than things I was specifically taking it in for. The coolant had been draining pretty quickly for a long time now, and I would’ve never suspected a leakage. After taking my truck to North Ave Auto., that coolant light has not popped on once. And my coolant actually stays in the tank like it should?! Although I wasn’t able to make it to work that day, I discovered a wonderful car shop that I have no qualms about recommending to my family and friends. I trust that they’ll continue to do a good job with my next visits.
