VérifiéDr. Lemyre is unprofessional and does not have good bedside manner. She accused me of using profanity towards her tech which was a lie. I am very disappointed with this practice. I really thought they were more ethical they portray.

This was the best animal hospital for my fur baby Chance. I had to unexpectedly euthanize him this past Tuesday and they were very kind. I always appreciated Dr. Klein and how she would talk about Chance. The last doctor I had for him (elsewhere) always had the most classist conversations how much care I could afford. I appreciated how I never felt 'less than' as a dog parent because I couldn't afford certain treatments. They understand that people are just doing the best they can, and if we could do more $$ we would do more for our fur babies. I really wish I would've had him here for the entirety of his life, but at least he got the best care in his final years at North Elm.

North Elm Animal Hospital has cared for our many animals since its opening in 2000. We've always received excellent care and never had a bad experience. Angel Coates is our primary vet. She's smart, compassionate, and deeply experienced – an outstanding doctor. The entire team is great and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality veterinary care.

They are highly skilled clinicians who clearly know their medicine, and just as importantly, they take the time to listen. No rushing, no dismissing concerns—just thoughtful, thorough care. Dr. Parsons was great. This was my first time meeting them and upon entering the room they used my name and introduced themself immediately. Since this was my puppy’s first checkup, they took time to answer my questions and followed up by emailing me some great references! I used North Elm Animal Hospital for my previous dog and always had great service.

Best vet in the 'boro! I stumbled upon North Elm Animal Hospital when by dog broke her toe. I had just moved here and called a few places that didn't accept new patients for 4-6 weeks, others had outrageous prices. North Elm got me right in and their staff is so kind and amazing. If you are looking for a caring environment with affordable prices, look no further. All 3 of my dogs are now going here.
