It’s my first day of therapy here and I already noticed a little less pain on my strained rotator cuff muscle. Jerome, my PT, is professional and courteous. He is gentle in his therapy and he assured me that my shoulder will be okay. Carlos, the front desk staff, was helpful in setting up my appointments. Even in the phone, Carlos has a friendly tone. I think I will have a great wellness experience here. This is a continuation of my earlier review. Now on my 4th week of PT session, I must say it’s an “I-look-forward-moment” each time I come here. Two PTAs - Elvira and Nancy - have been my gentle therapy coaches. The exercises they give me are helping heal my tear. I am able now to increase the range of motion in my shoulder. They’re reassuring and positive and that rubs off on me. Thank you.
I didn't even had 3 weeks of therapy as they didn't finish my therapy sessions. Very disappointed, my problem continues thats why I was sent there. The therapist claimed I was ready but the orthopedic didn't. Well, he doesn't check well. If I would know that they wouldn't even finish my therapy, I would choose somewhere else. Don't waste your time here.
I highly recommend this place and the therapist Manny. They have helped me a lot!
Elegant and cozy non hospital setting , great therapists very friendly will do everything possible to help you! I've tried the rest now only the best, right here!
