He was so focused and genuinely wanted to make sure I walked away with the best tattoo possible. One of the best tattoo experiences I've had- good, kind people here. Thank you!
Love this shop. Melissa and John are fantastic artists. They take the time to fully understand an idea and make sure everything is good throughout the process. The shop is clean, the vibe is mellow - which I love - and it is quite possibly my favorite place. They’ve taken my 4 requests and brought them into reality and I couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to go back.
I was struggling to find that “perfect” tattoo parlor for many years. I eventually gave up and stopped looking. One day, I noticed someone’s tattoo and they recommended NLT (Northern Lights Tattoo). I sent my idea to John (the artist) and after a few weeks, I went in. I will admit, I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect but all the anxiety went away when I lent John and Mellisa. They were extremely friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. They explained every detail on what the process looked like. I did sweat more than expected but John kept checking in to see if I was okay. I couldn’t be happier with the work. We did change the layout of the tattoo several times and they gave me a price i could not refuse. I am willing to say as someone who values customer service, you will not find anything better than NLT.
What a special experience! Since the booking of the tattoo my artist/Business owner was excited for me. As soon as I booked it, as soon as I walked in the door, and soon as the tattoo was finished Malissa was constantly making me feel like I was cared for! Not only me but my girlfriend as well, pulling up a chair and offering us cold brew coffee! So much was talked about throughout the duration of the tattoo! Thanks for all the food recommendations by the way!! Also my tattoo was taken care of to the max! She took her time and made sure everything came out perfect. I feel my tattoo will heal the best out of all my other ones. Best tattoo experience by far as a whole, from beginning to end!
Donc mon tatouage a été inspiré par le logo qu'ils ont pour leur boutique. Je l'ai tellement aimé... J'ai pu avoir une consultation et me faire tatouer le jour même. L'équipe de tatouage était compétente en matière d'hygiène et de soins après tatouage. Le studio de tatouage était très propre et j'ai reçu un T-shirt sympa après avoir fini. Si vous passez un jour à Anchorage, Alaska, assurez-vous de passer par ce studio de tatouage !
