James at from desk is very knowledgeable and helpful. Since I have an older car, I asked if they can look to see what other parts need to be replaced. They told me 2 things that help me have a peace of mind that I won’t break down while driving. Tim worked on my car and did a great job. Highly recommended
If you have a Tire Emergency don't go anywhere else. You must come here. Northern Tire. I vouch for these people. James "Owner" & Ray "Tire Tech" are phenomenal. They took care of my Emergent Flat Tire Immediately. They even educated me on reason I got a Flat Tire & personally showed me the cause & Of course it's a "nail". I love their True transparency, which you don't get that in other places. James "Owner" worked dugiliantly on finding me a great price a New Tire as this was unexpected emergency that happened & didn't have extra money for something like this. Must add; On top of all, They Honored a First Responders Discount. They are the First Responders Discount!
Highly recommended. Casey took care of my vehicle with 4 new tires and an alignment. They had an issue taking out a lug nut when I first came in but the following day I spoke with Tim their master mechanic and he was able to squeeze me in next day.
These guys consistently go above and beyond when it comes to customer service (especially in today’s world). I’ve been bringing my cars here for the past 4–5 years, and while I’m not saying you can’t find a better shop, I’ve been to more than my fair share of bad ones in the Tampa Bay area. Most places will say whatever it takes to get you in the door, then hold your car way longer than promised. Not here. I’ve brought my current car, my last SUV, and my girlfriend’s current SUV … and they’ve always delivered. Huge shoutout to James, Tim, Casey, and the rest of the team🤘🏼🔥🤝
I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and top notch customer service! James and his team did an incredible job on my truck. James did an excellent job walking me through the lift process and answered all my questions. He stayed in touch the whole time giving me updates on the work. He helped me pick the right set of tires and explained the benefits of each type of tire application for my truck. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend Northern Tire & Auto. They definitely earned a customer for life.
