I have been looking for a new mechanic as my previous one closed shop. At Northtown Auto, I was in/out in less time than anticipated and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I had an additional issue that was explained well and I will go back to have that taken care of.
I love this place. I have an Audi which is always expensive to repair but the prices are fair and work is quality. Expectations are level set up front and their communication is timely and clear. They have outstanding customer service and you feel like they genuinely care about you. Definitely recommend.
I LOVE northtown auto clinic! They are such good people. They tell me what I need to immediately fix, and help to plan out maintenance or needs over time. They’re so hospitable as well! Good people!
I had a peculiar issue happening with my vehicle and was able to call Northtown Auto Clinic and get in extremely fast. I feel like Erin and her team did very thorough testing with my vehicle and gave me some great feedback and follow-ups to go after on my end. I think this place is super easy to work with, very knowledgeable and communicative. If I need further assistance, I will be going back here for help.

The whole team has been honest, helpful, and great to partner with, delivering excellent work on my car at fair prices.
