Was quoted 2-3 hours for cleaning, I rounded up to 4 in my head. Dropped my car off at 1:30pm. I called at 5PM, they said it would be done around 7:30-8pm. Long story short it wasn't don't until after 9pm as I arrived before 9pm and had to stand there in the 1 stall garage and wait. I'm a single mother and LUCKILY my 11 year old son is out of town or that would've been a HUGE headache. If they would've been transparent about the actual progress and status of my vehicle I would've felt a lot better. At this point I don't trust them to drop it off EVER again. Talked to Drew about a few trouble stains I was more than willing to pay to be taken care of. He said he'd spot clean them for free, they're touched but NO WHERE near gone. Maybe here was a disconnect between him and the actual Technician Adrian. Total cane out to $300 some, I tiped 15%. Was willing to round up to $400 if I was impressed, for that price I should've went to a professional shop HANDS DOWN. I WILL NOT be using this service again. I'm in customer service myself and I would need to know if a customer had this experience. I should've done it myself. I removed all my personal property as instructed but both glove compartments are untouched and surfaces like riew view mirror not even touched. I changed it from 2 starts to 3 because you did reach out and try to make it right. Appreciate that. But I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Update 11/13: They saw my review below and did not leave me dissatisfied with my service. A different service guy, Drew, came back to complete the tasks that weren’t done with no additional charge. He apologized for the prior incomplete detailing and acknowledged the miscommunication of the previous service. Added an updated photo of one of the areas not done. Initial Review: Service provider came 30 minutes late. Which was ok cause I was available to be flexible. I wonder if my service was affected due to me not being prepped to have a water hose accessible. This time of year that hose is disconnected and the service provider asked for one needed for the cleaning. The entirety of my car was not touched. The dashboard, windows, doors, some parts of the floor, some parts of the seats, and none of the glove compartment were cleaned. My front two seats were very stained and that was the best area done, but not even thoroughly. I was almost charged an additional pet hair fee that I was not quoted upon scheduling. I do appreciate their flexibility for taking that off. The car was not properly dried. I was told that it would take a couple hours and my seats are still very wet into this next day. Cleanup was poor. They left random paper and an empty cleaning bottle in my driveway. Seems like they were in a rush. They were done 30 minutes before their quoted cleaning time. Which would’ve been great if the whole car was clean, but it was not. Comparison, photos of the seats that were done and then single photos of some of what was left untouched.
Northwoods Mobile Detailing did an AMAZING job on my car!!! The entire process was very simple. I reached out by text and got an immediate response. My service appointment was scheduled within the week. My service tech, Mohammed, arrived early and worked very quickly. I have 2 dogs that shed immensely. I am truly amazed at how well the dog hair was removed!! Thank you SO much! 🙏🏽
Yea…..so if you want your vehicle damaged and then have a worker deny he did it. Then this is the perfect place for you. The options for so call fixing the problem that we’re given to me were not okay in my personal opinion. Still waiting for the problem to be solved because it still has yet to be solved/fixed. I’m highly upset because if this gash cannot be patched then the whole panel is gonna have to be replaced which cost more than the service itself. Mind you my car was also half cleaned. I wish I could give 0 stars. Drew seems like a nice guy but the customer support/keeping the customer happy when it’s not the customer fault still needs some working on. I love supporting small businesses but when the mess up is on the business end. Just take the responsibility!!!!
I am a US Marine Vet. These guys are the TRUTH! They worked on my car for 3 days! It was VERY important to me because it was the year anniversary of my father's death. They REALLY paid attention to detail. They even worked LITERALLY into the night! Prices are fair , communication is great, and they will not rush the job. I HIGHLY recommend them. Here are some pictures. (Bottom 2 pictures are when it was getting dark)
