I had an incredible experience with the whole NovaCare team! I had surgery on my shoulder, and did my entire recovery with the support of the team. Every single member was incredibly knowledgeable and able to give great care. Scheduling was really easy to do with Jason, who would let me know if there were any openings that fit my schedule better. I primarily did PT with Dan and Mike, but every single team member was super helpful and kind. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for PT in the area. Dan and Mike really emphasized making sure that I understood the purpose behind each exercise which I really appreciated and made the process a lot more digestible. A really engaged office who are really invested in making sure each patient gets the care they need, and setting them up for success!
I highly recommend the Severance - Cleveland Heights Nova Care office for physical therapy. You could not ask for a more friendly, knowledgeable, and professional team. They actually made me look forward to my next visits! From Jason, the receptionist to Mike Kelly, the office manager, and his team of Dan, Chris and others, they each showed concern about my issues. It was obvious they are all experienced in their field. I was recovering from a spinal fusion and laminectomy and needed PT on my back and left leg. They immediately diagnosed the issues and started me on a series of treatments and exercises I could do in the office and at home. My sessions just ended, and I feel like a new person. Thanks to everyone at Nova Care. I have referred 3 friends who needed PT, and all were very satisfied. If you are in need of PT, call this office.
I had a great experience here. I had a total knee replacement. The whole team is exceptional! Knowledgable, kind, encouraging and compassionate. They always answered all my questions and made adjustments to my program so that I had the best result. My surgeon is very pleased with my recovery and so am I. Thanks, guys!
