I used Now It’s A Party for a family dinner event this past weekend, and it was an amazing experience. We rented one of their bounce houses to keep the kids entertained, and it was the best decision we could have made. The team was prompt, professional, and patient — I had several questions before delivery, and they took the time to answer every single one. I’ll definitely be using them as my go-to for party equipment from now on.
Use now it’s a party with Eddie for my daughter’s first birthday, it was a tremendous hit! The kids were able to have endless fun and make endless memories. Was a seamless process with great set up will definitely be using them again in the future
Now it’s a party was everything and some. They were very professional and they also delivered a day early which was a bonus. I thoroughly enjoyed the party package (Bounce house, popcorn, a cotton candy machine). They were very reasonable and I will definitely be using their services again! I really had a good time do my daughters first birthday. Thank you you guys for my making this possible!
Let me start off with saying they did me right in the end and the delivery staff were AWESOME! My complaint is their lack of communication. I rented a particular bounce house and it was scheduled for a Saturday. I was told I would be notified on Thursday as to when it would be delivered. I never received that notification. But on Friday morning I received a text that it would be delivered in 20 minutes. The location of the drop was 20 minutes from my house. Fortunately I was available but not dressed or ready to leave the house. I replied and was told they would wait and be there in 45 minutes. The guys were great and got right to work. As the house was being blown up I noticed it didn't seem to be what I rented. I questioned and was told that house was under repairs so they brought me another. Again, they did me right because the house they brought was better than what I ordered. The kids had a wonderful time and all went well. I just wish they communicated with me better on the delivery and the equipment.
Best kids party we have thrown! The kids loved the bounce house and slide. We had about 20 kids ages 2-10 and all were entertained enough they left it momentarily for cake but spent over 3 hours outside bouncing and sliding keeping the house/inside spotless (unlike other parties we have hosted). Drop off and pickup were seamless, great staff so easy to work with. I called a couple days before to confirm logistics and set up location and they were so helpful. Using them again next year (I wish weather was better in December for my other son's birthday!)
