I had an excellent experience at NTB for a tire repair. Mattie and Darnel were outstanding, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and had me back on the road much faster than expected. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. I really appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend this NTB location and be sure to ask for Mattie and Darnel!
I didn’t have an appointment today when I took my car in to have the tires rotated and they took me in immediately. Darnell and Matti were wonderful, very professional, honest and so nice. When rotating the tires they found two nails in two tires. They could have easily tried to sell me new tires but they didn’t. During the whole process they kept me informed of the work being done. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family as well as going back when I need new tires.
The absolute best customer service that i have ever experienced at a tire/service shop. I had been dealing with my tire having a slow leak and was told by the dealership they couldn’t find anything wrong. I called NTB and couldn’t believe how friendly and helpful just on the phone. When i got there, it was just as wonderful of an experience and they took care of me, fixed my tire and had me out in no time. They are the absolute best!
Bryan and Darnell at NTB provided excellent service from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell they really care about doing quality work and treating customers right. The service was quick, thorough, and handled with great attention to detail. I really appreciate their teamwork and the way they go the extra mile to make sure everything’s done right. Definitely recommend them and the NTB team for anyone needing reliable service and great customer care.
I took my truck to NTB for an alignment and it turned into a complete disaster. The first time I dropped it off they told me at the end of the day that it was ready. When I picked it up the alignment was worse than before. I brought it back a couple of days later and while it was a little better the truck was still pulling. This is a truck with only 10000 miles that has never had a single issue before. 14 miles after I picked it up the upper control arm fell off and left me stranded on the side of the road. I had it towed to another shop and they explained that it had been loosened and the other side was loose as well. The repair bill came to around four thousand dollars. When I called NTB they immediately went on the defensive. Corporate sent me to the regional manager who admitted that they lied to me about the first visit. He then claimed he reviewed footage that showed they did not touch the truck the second time but he refused to provide the footage. Since then they have ignored my calls and ignored my request for answers. They also refused to even contact the shop that inspected the damage and explained what likely happened. This is a company that is completely incapable of doing their jobs. It would be a mistake to ever trust them with your vehicle.
