While in Virginia Beach, my tire sensor light came on. I had a nail in my right driver side tire and had an appointment scheduled for 2 pm at my NTB store in Chesapeake. I stopped for assistance and was able to have the tire/bad sensor replaced while I waited! Eric, Shane and Chris were very professional and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this NTB location.
Shane and Sam were absolutely amazing! I called this location and spoke to Shane over the phone regarding an oil change and inquiring about my check engine light. He shared that he had a technician that would be able to service same day. My technician Sam was thorough and provided trustworthy advice which is a true compliment in the automotive industry. Shane checked in with me throughout my experience and provided great recommendations for my vehicle today and in the future. Thank you NTB for having credibility and integrity.
Shane and Sam were amazing! The service was quick and professional. They were super friendly and helped me take care of a tire problem when no other service station near could. I will definitely be back again!!!!
Roland and Shane over at NTB were phenomenal! They were quick, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Got my tires and car ready to go and in great shape! Couldn’t be happier with their services, highly recommend going and asking for either one of them
Helped me in a time of need. Team did a phenomenal job when my tire picked up a large masonry drill bit on the interstate. My tire was quickly losing pressure so I pulled off the next exit and knew NBT was over near the Sam's Club gas station. Upon entering the store after a long day of work, the team was very polite and helpful. Despite being what looked like short staffed, they addressed my issue almost immediately. After a fairly quick and professional tire repair, I was on my way home again. They didn't try to upsell me on new tires... just a repair and on my way again. Thank you for being accommodating at the last minute and for being kind. A couple of them are military veterans and appreciated my service. For anyone complaining about customer service... I would submit that if you probably treat them well and are kind to them, I'm betting you'll be treated the same way. Don't be like the guy that was in there "waiting too long" and then getting frustrated and opening the shop door to literally yell at them to say it's taking too long. I had zero issues with this place, twice now they have repaired a tire for me.
