Absolutely awful experience. They’ve had my car for an entire week over a tire issue, only to order the WRONG tire. Communication has been nonexistent — days went by with no updates unless I chased them down myself. After being ignored for days, I finally drove up there in person just to be told my car hasn’t even been in the bay since the FIRST day it was dropped off… and the “new tire” still isn’t even on my car. So basically my car has been sitting there for a week for decoration. To make it worse, no one even knows where my new tire is — because apparently no one can get in contact with the manager. If the shop is this disorganized, I don’t know how anyone could trust them with a vehicle. This level of incompetence and lack of urgency is unacceptable. If you value your time (or your car), go literally anywhere else. Glad I didn’t come here for anything important.
I took my 2013 Dodge Dart because it had a vibration and shaking when driving. I was told all I needed was an alignment. I paid for it and got it done. Picked the up the car and it was still vibrating. Took it back and they said I needed new shocks, struts, two new tires and rims because the two front rims were bent. I got the work done and picked up my vehicle and it wasnt aligned, and the vibration was still there. I took the car to a different place and they found that I needed hub rings. That fixed the issue. I filed a conplaint with corporate and they didnt do anything. Poor customer service and will nver go to any NTB location.
I rented a car from enterprise and the tire popped the same night I got the car. I was extremely stressed on the side of the road and had it towed to NTB around 1 am after hours. Later that morning, I received a call at work that they were going to fix the tire and needed a little more info and after I told them it was a rental, they said they would call the rental company for the info and take care of everything. They called a little later saying it would be ready soon and they had talked to enterprise and I wouldn’t owe them anything. They kept me informed with what was going on and eased my mind so that I could focus on work and I was able to pick it up after work, around 8:10 pm. Jordan at the front desk was extremely friendly and definitely made the experience better. I live in the area and will be back if I have any future tire issues.
My time was limited and I was in a rush. Samantha at the front desk was able to calm my nerves and get the repairs that I needed done. Samantha was helpful, sassy and funny l, which helped while I waited. The work was done sooner than I expected! I had a great customer service experience, which made my trip smoother. Thank you so much for all your help that day! You have a great team that works well together!
I took my old truck in to be inspected and they did a great job. Chris and Austin took good care of me. The battery connection had an issue from a bad connector and they fixed it during the inspection process. We have been coming here for years. I feel safe here because I know they will be honest with me and not try to rip me off by making up unnecessary repairs just to pass inspection. They also don't talk down to me because I'm a woman. I ask questions and Chris explains things on an intellectual level, not like he's talking to a child. I like that. They are good folks and they do a good job.
