Tyler and JP at NXT Mortgage Company did an awesome job handling my mail-away closing on a refi for an investment property. The original title company wouldn’t support it, but they quickly pivoted to a new title company and got everything done in just two days. Because of their hustle and problem-solving, I was able to close three days ahead of my target date. Not only are they buyer and seller friendly, but they’re investor friendly too. Highly recommend — these guys are in the business of solving problems, not creating them.

Shout out to Pam, Lynn, and Richard at NXT mortgage. They have been absolutely amazing throughout our homebuying process. They have made us feel so assured and valued. Their expertise and knowledge eased our concerns. They greatly lessened our stress as first time home buyers. Also, the NXT Mortgage team really worked well together internally by communicating within their team effectively and efficiently as to not leave any ambiguity in the process and to get us to closing within our projected timeframe. We will definitely go with next mortgage again when we buy our next house.
