Lisa was one of the best dog walkers my 14-year-old pup has ever had, and she was a joy for me to get to know. My dog is still very energetic, but more delicate in his old age, and I could tell she was perfectly in-tune with him. He was happy to go with her every day and happy when he came back. Lisa also came at almost precisely the same time every day, which was extremely helpful since I often work from home and my dog can get pretty intense when he has to wait in a two-hour window. I moved to Brooklyn, otherwise I would have never switched.

We would highly recommend NYC Dog Walkers to anyone looking to sign their dog up for routine walks. We lived on the Upper West Side for a year and needed to schedule weekly walks for our dog Taz. The team was very friendly and were very communicative. Aaron was our dog walker for most of the year and provided excellent care. Whenever we had travel plans or friends visiting and needed to update our schedule dog walks, the team was very flexible and would often provide multiple options to accommodate our needs.

We’ve been using NYC Dog Walkers for a couple of years now and have had a positive experience. Our dog walker is professional and reliable, and our dog is always happy to see her. The company is clear about their policies, and responsive to emails. I’m writing this review today because this morning as I was leaving a note for the dog walker about some things happening with our dog this month, it occurred to me how lucky we are to have no worries about who our dog goes out with during the day.
