Nyoka Gregory Beauty was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding day beauty. From the very first consultation, Nyoka demonstrated a truly professional and collaborative approach. She was responsive to my needs, providing thoughtful feedback during the trial run to ensure we achieved the perfect look. During the “me time” prep session we did my shampoo, press and cut. I had her pin curl my hair so I would be cute for rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, Nyoka arrived prepared with music and a speaker, creating the perfect atmosphere as she transformed me into a vision of elegance. Her work was meticulous, with a gorgeous, long-lasting finish that held up beautifully throughout the entire celebration. (Actually, it held up until I got attacked by a wave on our honeymoon a few days later.) I felt like a princess, and received countless compliments on my hair. Nyoka's contract was clear, and I appreciated her deliberate, friendly communication style. She truly helped make my wedding day extra special. I cannot recommend Nyoka Gregory Beauty highly enough! Nyoka is the best! From when we first spoke about my wedding to the day of, she took care of me and my girls to make sure we looked great. She also made my ideas come to life to help me feel beautiful. And her personality makes her a fun person to be around. 🙂 💯/10
Nyoka is everything you could want in a hairstylist and more! She’s incredibly talented, reliable, helpful, and genuinely funny—which is exactly the kind of energy you want around on your wedding day. When parts of my wedding felt like they were going up in flames, Nyoka was right there—no questions asked, ready to help however she could. She kept me calm, made me laugh, and helped bring a sense of peace and joy to a hectic moment. On top of that, my hair came out beautifully and held up all day! What meant the most to me was how she catered to my hair specifically. She knew exactly how to care for it and style it in a way that felt like me. That made me feel seen, beautiful, and completely confident. She was on time, professional, and such a comforting presence. I’m so thankful to have had her by my side. Brides—book her. Nyoka is the absolute BEST! She did hair and makeup for my mother and I before my wedding and we both looked amazing! She was so awesome to work with very step of the process from initial meeting to the final moment as I prepared to walk down the aisle. I didn't really know what I wanted, so she talked through styles with me and got creative to develop a look that I haven't seen on anyone else. She's funny and friendly and made the hours of prep fly by. My look stayed perfect all night without touch ups, and photographed flawlessly. She also was able to recommend other amazing vendors, and provided guidance on taking care of my hair leading up to the big day. She's professional, her salon is super calming and comfortable, and she's knowledgeable about what will and won't work. I highly recommend Nyoka!!!
Nyoka provided hair and Make-Up services for my engagement photos and wedding day. She was on time, professional, and so kind. Her work was amazing and I felt so beautiful. My bridal party had a variety of skin types and hair textures and her and her team knocked it out of the park
