This review is for the Christmas train alone. Last year we went to ride the train and they had games, two big fires and so much stuff to do. The lights were a little lackluster and we were excited to go again this year. Yesterday, we went on the train ride and it was so cold, everyone was looking forward to seeing the big fires. We get there and it's one fairly small fire. We look around and there were no games to play, there were less lights than last year, the cocoa machine broke right before I could get some to warm up (although not the staff fault, still made the trip that much worse) and we had spent $45 to go to this lackluster disappointing "North pole" that we kept hyping up to our son, just to end up apologizing to him saying "we'll do something else fun next week". We left after 30 minutes because there wasn't anything to do other than meet Santa. We won't be going back after last night which is really sad because we had fun last year. They really fumbled it this year. Two stars because last year was great but this year ruined it for us. This year, save your time and money and go somewhere else like illuminations.

The fact I cant take my kid to play at the playground after 4pm here is ridiculous. First and only impression of this park. Edit to add that I just drove by an hour later and the playground is full of kids playing, and cars driving around. Edit to reply. You say that but like I said in my edit, I came back an hour later at almost 6pm and there were lots of kids and cars in the park

The men's restroom smells horrendous and looks like it has not been properly cleaned in quite a while...or are there plumbing problems? As we were waiting at the train station the smell of sewage ruined a relaxing wait because of the breeze and that's what at least 60 feet away. Who is in charge of the restroom? Is their own personal home restroom filthy? Why are park employees seen leisurely riding around on a utility vehicle when they should be cleaning the restroom? The brand new playground features are not cool. What is with all the circles and ropes? Who is in charge of the decision making to purchase a design like this and do they even have kids??? My son was not impressed at all!! No monkey bars??? It's like they don't want strong kids anymore. What kind of playground doesn't have proper monkey bars. The entire new space is a total waste of resources. Should have kept the old one! Edit to add.. look at this picnic table.

My niece had her graduation party here, at the indoor space which is air conditioned and includes restrooms. We visited this park days before her party and we saw ponies and a cute train, volleyball net, walkways for running jogging or biking, and areas we could walk our dog.
