I’ve been coming here for 6 years. I used to live right next door, now I live 30 minutes away but still come because they are so kind, accommodating, and take such good care of my dogs. I have two doodles, and bring them for visits regularly and they always get treats and are treated so kindly. Oakes has gotten me in last minute for emergencies, helped answer simple questions over the phone or through text without charging me or making me come in unless it was necessary, and is extremely consistent and reliable. There’s nowhere and no one else I’d rather trust with my dogs.

After having another vet for my Maltese over the past year, I decided to change providers for several reasons, all of which satisfied my concerns over the prior clinic I was going to. The first thing I noticed about Oakes was how clean it appeared, and the sincere friendliness of the front staff. The other clinic I went to did not feel that way at all. Adam, the Vet Tech, and Dr. Rocky were awesome! Very thorough with their assessments and care with my very skittish little guy. All my questions and concerns were answered to my satisfaction and I did not feel rushed in any way. Thank you all for the care you gave my little Tully.

Called with a sudden health concern and was seen within the hour. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Tracy did a great job explaining my treatment options, was patient and answered all of my questions and did not force unnecessary or expensive treatments. Appreciated the quality service, care and attention they showed my puppy today.

I rarely write reviews, but I just have to share how incredible this place is! I have taken my dog here for 2 years and I have had nothing but the best experience with all the vets in the practice. Everyone who works here is kind, patient, and extraordinarily helpful with my shy dog. They have taken wonderful preventative measures to keep m dog healthy and they've been exceptional in times of need when my dog has needed help. I love this place!

Highly recommend this place. They seriously care about animals. I moved here and didn't have a new vet yet. My dog needed surgery ASAP. They made room on their surgery schedule for my dog and let me bring my dog in as they were closing because I was freaking out over her condition. They are the absolute best! My sister researched what my dogs surgery was going to cost me. The bill here wasn't even half as much. To sum it up, staff that truly care about your animals, they go way above and beyond, and for great prices. Why would you go anywhere else? 🤔
