This spa is great for state of the art therapy & rejuvenation. The online appointment feature is easy to use and the hospitality makes you feel like part of a family. We love this space and feel blessed to be members. Recommend you check it out ASAP.
I had an amazing experience at Oasis Cryotherapy & Health Spot in San Antonio! Tried the infrared sauna and Normatec compression, and it was absolutely incredible. Super relaxing, rejuvenating, and the staff made everything so easy and enjoyable. Definitely my new go-to for wellness treatments! 🌿✨

Although my first and only treatment was months ago, I still remember my experience vividly. The staff was very nice, but the best word for me to describe this experience was gross and creepy. The facility is covered in dog hair, as two large dogs live there. I’m a dog-lover, but it gave me a feeling of it being unclean. Then I saw another patient being treated without clothes on as I walked out of my appointment - since the door was left wide open behind them. It was not something I wanted to see, but the result of negligence of the patient or staff person helping them.

They've got an incredible menu of offerings that can truly help you become your best self! Colin is an exceptional person who clearly knows what he's talking about and truly listens to understand the customers needs. He was able to answer the slew of questions we had and offered further guidance on pairings. I truly love engaging with local experts who know their business and EXCEL at customer service! Highly recommend, we will be back!
