Oasis is amazing on many levels. I'm not one to usually gush, but this team deserves it. The professional and personable people that answers the phone and the follow up emails and texts (confirming appointment, and notices when they are on the way) are amazing. The plumber arrived on-time, as promised, wore covers over his shoes to protect my floor, got to work quickly and solved my issue in no time. All around a great experience and I DO recommend highly
I called Oasis Plumbing for the first time and had a great experience on the phone with the woman who took the information and scheduled the job. The plumber that they sent over, Ryan was very professional, thoughtful and well trained. The repair was more complicated that we initially thought and he kept in touch with us while he had to re schedule another visit with the parts that he needed. As soon as he received the parts he texted and re scheduled. When he finished the job, the shower was spotless, and we will absolutely call Oasis again and ask for Ryan. It is not often that you call a company for the first time and are treated like you have always used them. Gary T.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The technician (Rony) showed up on time, assessed the issue carefully, and walked me step-by-step through what needed to be done. The estimate was transparent and clearly itemized. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable plumbing services.
Yuda and Oasis plumbing saved the day! When other plumbers and companies failed - he actually fixed the problem - the other companies gauge with inflated quotes, unreliable and bill you for poor repairs that fail. OASIS is AMAZING - fair, honest, reliable and would highly recommend !!
Rony and the team at Oasis were super professional. The process from first contact to booking, follow up and appointment scheduling was seamless. I called 20 different plumbers in the area, they dont call back or are difficult to deal with. Oasis was a pleasure. The job was fixed fast and efficiently. As a business owner myself I pride of good service and getting the job right the first time. Go with them, you will be happy you did.
