Obviously come here for office supplies but also to make paper copies and the 2 machines they have work good. If you have a problem with copies the staff will help you for 1.50. They have been very helpful so big thank you to the guys and gals in the printer section ✌🏼
I had such a wonderful experience at Home Depot today. Cynthia went above and beyond to help me, and I am truly grateful for her outstanding service. After arriving in town I discovered that my laptop charger didn't have the AC power cord. I found this place opening at 10 AM on a Sunday. I walked from my hotel to the store and purchased what I thought was the larger enough charger. Wrong, I had to take it back for a more powerful unit. The fella at the front refunded the original purchase and I left with the bigger unit. This saved me from having a really lousy week.
This location does not have as wider variety of products as other locations do. They do not seem to have enough staff on the floor so its difficult to get assistance with finding right product when needed and the wait at the register is quite lengthy. When it comes to products unfortunately the quality has gone downhill. It does feel as if the location may just shut down. 🖨️🖨️🖨️📍📌✂️✏️📥📈📓📌📌📌
I went there to buy a laptop ( I am a buyer with cash in hand with my mind set on purchasing a Laptop ) and could not find one person to assist me. I stood around for 10 minutes, wandered around and the only employee was the cashier. I did find a homeless person playing with a laptop but he could not help me. ( I think I interrupted him while he was shoplifting ) You get the feeling this place might or should shut down. This is the worst Office Depot I have ever been in. I came in to buy and left empty handed without talking to anyone. I recommend Amazon Prime, Frye’s, Dell (online), Best Buy or another location. I hope they consider replacing management.
