This is the best pest control place I've ever been to. Granted, I haven't been to many, but I love how quickly they responded when I had a roach infestation and treated it immediately. Every time I needed service, they showed up. The monthly fee is a bit higher than what I've heard others in my area pay, but honestly, for the service I received, it was absolutely worth it. The guys and gal who came out over the past year were all amazing; friendly, helpful, and genuinely respectful. I would go through them again.
Steven G is my favorite tech and he always does an amazing job. The services techs are usually amazing and nice. The reason I give this place a one start is because of the rude people in billing and scheduling. When I first called to schedule service I was told it’s $59 (at least at that time I don’t know about now) and you can call as many times to schedule service which I find to be true. However, in my experience they did not initially tell me the schedulers are not allowed to schedule service a month ahead. I find it ironic that they have no issues charging you on “off months” but they can’t schedule service a month ahead. In my experience, if the client does not call on there off month they are still charged for service. I’m extremely disappointed as in my the past my experience was much better.
