I found Oliver Smith on a YouTube review of the new Omega release I tried on at a local AD. According to the video, OS accepted trade ins towards new purchases which killed two birds. I expected a low ball offer on my trade in but instead got an offer (within hours) I didn’t even bother to counter. I sent my watch over night on Monday, and received my new Omega Seamaster 300M on Thursday. The box and papers arrived separately for security purposes. All prices remained the same from initial offers. My salesperson, Trent, was immediately available upon phone calls and despite never having met personally, I was treated professionally. Thank you Trent, it was a pleasurable experience despite being mostly telephonic. I would recommend OS to anyone considering to trade up, as the trade offer was very fair, you don’t lose the commission to a third party, the trade in value is not taxed, and the sales staff answer the phones. You will not do as well trading your luxury piece on Chrono24 or eBay. A very strong recommendation here.
Oliver Smith Jeweler isy favorite place to go Watch shopping, they have been really good to me over the years. Everybody in there treats you like a Friend, not just a customer. I don't ever feel like I'm under any pressure to "Close a sale" on any of their products, they let me try on multiple watches over and over without losing patience, and they have a really great selection of watches and jewelery to choose from. I really love the store, but the wonderful Staff is the thing that really sets them apart . Big shout out to Keith, he's a great guy.

Amazing experience dealing with Keith Frederick. Found him on YouTube Shorts, showing a fabulous IWC Mark XX Green Dial 40mm watch, and called a few days later and bought it. OSJ does a fine job working with remote buyers. You don't have to be in Scottsdale to benefit from their superior customer service. I look forward to working with Keith again.
