Reasons for only a 2 Star Rating. Too hot on the trolley. No lights inside the trolley. No festive music playing. Not enough amazing light displays. The driver and organizers need a microphone. Couldn't hear them at all. The goal should be an overall festive/holiday experience. Not achieved.

My friends and I did the Haunted Tour and we had a great time, interesting lore with fun facts thrown in!

This was not at all what I expected. For the money it is not worth it, my family was so under whelmed. No Christmas music except for one time, which was weird, we stopped in front of this house and finally there was Christmas music after five minutes in front of the house it was turned off and went back to the station the driver wanted to listen to, there was about zero interaction with driver and us, bathroom break was at a Mega Saver gas station with one stall for women and one stall for men (gross and took forever). This was a two hour tour that only goes to a specific part of west Omaha (there are so many other areas that could have been included). The very end of the tour in my mind had houses I would expect to see in Linden Estates otherwise this fell flat for me and my family. I so wanted this to be a new family tradition but my girls, husband, and mother in law won't be doing this again. I don't typically write reviews but wish I would have read some of the reviews before booking this, price of the tickets is $35 a person for adults and I would expect more. Hopefully this will give you some perspective before you book.

If you’re looking for Christmas spirit, look elsewhere. More like the Grinch who stole Christmas! Booked a ride for 6 adults and a baby(very pricey!) over a month ago. Drove 4 hours, and spent 2 extra nights to ride the trolley. The day of the ride, searched their website for the address. The only address was a very dark and seedy area. No information on the website of an alternate location for pickup. Arrived 15 minutes early. Immediately met by a homeless person coming out of the shadows. There is a sign on a locked door. The mechanic finally opened the door after waiting in the cold for over 10 minutes. He stated this was the wrong spot. Called the number multiple times, no answer. Called the cell phone given on the voicemail. The owner was very rude. Would not call the driver and ask them to wait while we drive all the way back to the bar they load at. Arrived 5 minutes after7 and the trolley was gone. The owner would not ask the driver to reroute back. When asked for a refund, she states, sorry, all the other 40 passengers were able to get there on time!!! Do not waste your money on this company!!! No holiday spirit there! Oh Deb, You are much nicer here, than you were previously. Bottom line, your website isn’t clear, you are not customer friendly, your charges are too high, and you misrepresent the experience. Buyer beware!! She will not admit her error and expects customers to absorb her mistake. Without an apology!! Until she posts here!!!!

My friends and I did Ollie The Trolley haunted tour. It was our tour guides last tour. We’ve been talking ever since about how special the experience felt and what an incredible historian and storyteller he was. We had so much fun celebrating our friends birthday and learning all about Omaha. We even have a book club and plan to read some Omaha History books that were recommend on the tour!
