REALLY impressed with this florist. Gorgeous arrangement but the bonus was the great communication. They sent a picture before delivery, shows how confident they are in the quality of their product, and texted upon delivery. Have had some bad experiences with florists lately and am thrilled to find a reliable company. Highly recommended.
I will be honest: I did not know how an online floral studio was going to work! That being said, I had a fantastic experience with Ruth and OMG Gorgeous Flowers. I wanted a specific bouquet (the colors of the Colombian flag) and OMG Gorgeous Flowers definitely exceeded my expectations! Ruth walked me through the ordering process, since it was a custom design. The arrangement is beautiful, as you can see, and the pricing is absolutely fair for this gorgeous bouquet. I highly recommend OMG flowers, their prices are reasonable and the quality of the service they provide is amazing! Ruth was so nice, patient, and helpful. Great customer service. I live in Hawai’i and ordered flowers, chocolate, a teddy bear and balloons for my mother’s birthday. The package was exactly as I desired, the other places I looked only had flowers but OMG flowers has so many different package options to choose from, and I was able to get what I envisioned for my mother. Ruth also told my mother where to put the water to keep the flowers vibrant. I highly recommend OMG flowers and will be using them again and again!!
I received these flowers for my birthday on Monday and by Thursday all the flowers, except the roses, were dead and only the filler was still alive. The arrangement was very pretty on Monday, but some of the flowers were already wilting. The florist put a large foam cube on top of a very skinny vase so the foam was saturated with water making a top heavy and difficult to water. It was a very bad design.. I would not recommend ordering from this florist.
Ordered these flowers for my mom for her birthday, and they looked amazing. I live in TX, but she lives in FL and the owner made sure to text me updates and pictures of the flowers. She even changed up the decorations after I told her it was her birthday. (I forgot to select the occasion on the site). They also were able to deliver the flowers same day, since I ordered early. Overall great customer service, definitely recommend this location for every occasion!
