I cannot express how wonder Once Upon A Time was to work with from start to finish. We hired them to work our high school prom and it was the kids favorite part of the entire event! Everything was clean and neat, communication was always clear and prompt, and the professionalism/set up was simply amazing. He took the time to discuss the different package options before we booked, arrived early to the event to set up, and was friendly and attentive to our guests during the event.
