Went to One Call Auto Mechanic and spoke with Matt whom I had not seen in over 5+ years. I had a minor issue of replacing a headlight bulb. Matt quickly came to the rescue!! I’ve previously had him do more serious work in the past and was always satisfied. He’ll tell you like it is about your vehicle and perform the work on time. I highly recommend his services..
Hands down one of the most knowledgable, thorough, fair priced mechanics and staff in Columbus. Warm, welcoming and friendly environment. Lounge area was very accommodating. Matt provides a complete assessments of your car problem without all the extra fluff. Immediate follow and future returning customer!

Would recommend to everyone! I came from out-of-state to purchase a used vehicle in Columbus and wanted to make sure the car was as good as it looked. I was able to get in and out and the entire staff was very friendly. The mechanic was great over the phone and even double checked that I had done my research on the title and price of the car and gave me his experience with cars from the dealer I was buying from. Also one of the best waiting areas of any mechanic I've ever been too lol. I just wish that I lived in Columbus because I would feel confident in going to them for any future repairs.

Trustworthy: Matt first inspected it and assured me there were no safety issues—the hood wouldn't pop up while driving. No Pressure: He explained that minor adjustments could be made to perfect it, but they were not required. This honesty is rare and appreciated. Quality Work: I chose to have the adjustments done anyway. Matt and his team completed the work quickly, and my hood now sits and looks perfect!
