One Click Tech Shop business has been a tremendous help me to me several times when I have had issues with my phone. Juan has helped me repair cracked screens and water damage on my phone. He always answers when I call for a service and last night was kind enough to wait for me to go to the office even though it was after business hours because I needed an emergency repair. There was a lot of water damage but he took his time and handle the job with so much care and professionalism. I will always come back to One Click Tech Shop for any of my tech device repair needs because I trust Juan will be honest, profess and help in anyway that he can. I recommend his services to anyone that runs into issues with their phones, laptops, etc. Thank you so much for your help even when it is at the last minute. This is my first time ever repairing my iPhone 13 mini and it was such a wonderful experience. I would give this place a 10/10 if I could. I honestly did not expect to have my phone repaired so quickly. I came in around 9:00ish in the morning and it was done before 1:00pm. It is affordable repair and they will be my go to repair shop for all my electrical devices in the future .
I brought in my iPhone 14 with a cracked screen and a weak battery, and these guys were amazing! They fixed everything the same day and my phone looks brand new again. The staff was super friendly, honest about pricing, and explained all my options clearly. I really appreciate their fast service and quality work — way better than going to the Apple Store.
