I typically don’t write reviews, but this establishment truly warrants one! My fiancé had gotten my ring size slightly too large, and I had been meaning to get it resized but never found the time. While visiting Wichita, I stumbled upon this shop and decided to see if they could assist me. The staff was incredibly kind and helped me determine my correct ring size, reassuring me that it would be comfortable and secure. They managed to fit me in the same day and completed the resizing within a couple of hours, which was impressive since I was just visiting. (I’m from Arkansas City KS) After running some errands in Wichita, I received a call that my ring was ready. When I returned, it looked even more stunning than before; you couldn’t even tell it had been resized! They also cleaned it, making it sparkle beautifully. I was thoroughly impressed with their service and generosity, as they offered free cleanings whenever I return to Wichita. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Thank you all for your wonderful help!
Cherie was absolutely amazing to work with! I came in with a broken chain and a few questions, and she took the time to answer everything thoroughly, providing me with such helpful information. My chain was set to be fixed within a day, and they even offered to reinforce my nameplate to make it stronger—possibly ready by the end of the week. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 10/10 would recommend, and I *highly* recommend Cherie! **Update:** I’m beyond impressed! It hasn’t even been 24 hours, and not only is my “30” chain repaired, but my nameplate is also finished! The original plate was quite flimsy, and since it’s gold, I was worried about it breaking. I asked the jeweler, who has *30 years of experience*, to reinforce it with a sterling silver backing, and wow—it turned out *so* cute! The craftsmanship is incredible. Huge thanks to all of them working here for making this such a fantastic experience. I truly appreciate the amazing service! 💜

I went in to have my engagement ring sized. Ladies were kind and very helpful. The service was great and my ring looks untouched but fits beautifully
I went in to have my wedding ring sized... It's been flying off my hand for years. I gotta tell ya, it had to go down FOUR SIZES and it only took a day. Shined it up super pretty too. Looked brand new. This is the first time in 15 yrs I've had a ring that fits. Super friendly folks, not too shabby on the pricing. Highly recommend. I hopped around like a little girl I was so excited.
