What a disappointment of a business. It took 7 months and 10+ calls to get air filters I paid for to arrive and be installed. The service rep didnt call or text until 230pm when he was scheduled 830-12. I've asked multiple times for Michael or Kyle to call me. I was told by Devon (not sure on the name because she mumbles it when she answers) that Michael would call me on Saturday and he has not. The only reason we went with One Hour Air for our new ac unit was because of how great Ben Franklin Plumbing is, boy were we suckers. When the ac unit was installed, it wasn't done right and they ended up having to come fix it, but that also took multiple calls and an escalation to Michael to get resolved. The only way I got Michael was telling the rep I was staying on the phone until he answered. This company lacks the proper systems and controls to run well and it lacks competent people. It's a disgrace to the term service to call yourself a service. What a nightmare of a company. Please take a lesson from whoever runs the Ben Franklin side because we have never had a complaint with them. They are always on time, they always communicate well, and they do the job right the first time.

Bradley was very respectful, wonderful, kind and you can tell he is veey passionate about his work. He came in and explained the process of what he would be doing and he showed me things in the process that I wouldn't have known about. Thank you one hour for having Bradley as a tech. AMAZING

Bradley was nice and informative during his AC maintenance visit. UPDATE: so Bradley noticed the new coil frozen and said he scheduled me an appointment with a tech to come in to evaluate and fix the issue. This was replaced about 3 months ago and it’s faulty. He mentioned that it was still under warranty and that a tech will come in and replace it. I have been waiting for this tech and have called but nobody has come out to fix this. I’m guessing because it’s still under warranty then nobody gives a damn. I would appreciate it if you guys are as efficient as you were the first time I had to pay thousands of dollars to you. But I guess now that it’s a free replacement then there’s no urgency towards this issue. I’d appreciate it if someone contacted me about this. Thanks! UPDATE: the manager contacted me the next day and had a technician come in to replace the coil. Thank you for following up! Happy customer 😊

Andres was very professional and efficient. He was able to evaluate and find the problem with my AC very quickly. Very honest and helpful with explaining the issue and the cost. So glad that I used this company and happy my AC works again! And at a reasonable price!
