Sonia and her helper were great! I came and did their thing I didn’t have to be here in person. They understood what would a move out clean is and left no corner untouched. I had a pretty tough to scrub bathroom that they did a stellar job with. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience Erika S. She did an excellent job and left everything looking fresh and tidy. One thing I especially appreciated was that she was happy to use the cleaning products we provided instead of bringing her own. It made the whole process feel more personalized and aligned with our preferences. She was professional, thorough, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
I booked a standard clean, and while the booking process was easy and the customer service was great, I was really disappointed with the actual cleaning. The cleaner was very nice, but it felt rushed, especially since she was working alone. A lot of basic tasks were either missed or done poorly. Many of the main surfaces, like tables and dressers, weren’t even dusted. I made sure to organize everything before the clean so the focus could be on actual cleaning, but it felt like things were left even more disorganized than before. The bathroom was a mess - the shower was left unorganized with products everywhere, and it didn’t look like the faucets were cleaned at all. Several areas in the bedrooms and downstairs were still dusty, and I don’t think any of the cabinets or drawers were touched. Some floors were even left dirty. I really expected better, especially with the checklist in mind. The lady over the phone also said she would be following up to see how the service was and I never heard from her. Overall, I’m pretty underwhelmed and disappointed with the result. Will not be using this company again.
Flor S from One Touch was a dream—the moment I thought to ask her to address a detail, she was already tackling it. She got deep into corners, checked off everything from the deep clean list, and truly went above and beyond. She braved our 1912 apartment and I’m confident she’s made it look nicer than it has in decades. I tried to temper my expectations knowing that our place is a challenge, but I could not be happier. (The crack in the sink photo is from far before our time and I don’t even notice it since Flor scrubbed it.) Every person I talked to from start to finish, from the booking process to communicating with dispatch to make sure Flor knew the best place to park, was kind, professional, and lovely to talk to. I will absolutely be using One Touch again.
My experience was what I expected!! Top notch integrity of guaranteeing 100% satisfaction! Isha was a blessing for this position.. She was communicative and showed human to human understanding of my needs and wishes. I've fallen in love with Adi and Carla!! Wow! What a team. These ladies were the definition of professional and trust well deserved with ease.. They caught every area that was driving me mad.. I'm so happy they came through. I've now arranged bi-weekly cleanings with the 2 of them, inshallah! The company deserves the accolades represented in advertisement. The promise truly is customer satisfaction♥️
