I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I have to warn people about this nail salon. My experience was absolutely terrible from start to finish. First of all, the service was rushed beyond belief. The entire set of nails was done in literally 30 minutes — which anyone who gets their nails done knows is way too fast for a quality job. And it showed. The shape was completely off, uneven, and just plain sloppy. Not only did they look bad, but my fingers were actually hurting underneath afterwards, which is something that has never happened to me before at any other nail salon. It honestly felt like they didn’t care at all about being gentle or taking the time to do things properly. To make things worse, they had the nerve to charge me $80 for this disaster. Eighty dollars for nails I was embarrassed to look at and couldn’t wait to take off. That is outrageous for the kind of work I received. I left the salon angry, disappointed, and in pain. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There are plenty of other nail salons that will treat you with care, take their time, and actually give you what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and do not throw your money away here. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! 😤🤬
Don’t waste your time and your money! Took almost 2 hours for mid-lenght nails! They were rough and not nice. The Guy that did my nails damaged my skin.My nails are not Even all the same shape! Cheap nails that I bet wont even last me a week for 80$!! Never again!
Poor service!! They are economizing on everything they can and do their job only to 40%… less color to use it for more clients… they try to charge you for everything!!! At the end I paid 70$ for this, which is already about to fall. Don’t recommend at all ❌
I had this beautiful set of nails done a week ago now, they are by far the most comfortable nails I’ve had, i absolutely love them! I was able to get almost identical results from the reference picture i brought with me. My only complain would be the roughness when it comes to filing down the nails (and parts of my skin), my technician was super efficient, she got my nails perfectly shaped, but by the end of my session i had multiple small cuts and bleeding on my cuticules. By the next day it was completely healed, but the process was slightly painful.
They worked very kindly and meticulously. Also added a very beautiful design! It’s my favorite nail salon in Quebec I really love it❤️
