The place is nice, clean and open in a beautiful location and the service was quick and nice. However, I’m sorry but the coffee was terrible. Mine was a salted Carmel that tasted anything but…… it tasted like just strong coffee with no taste/flavoring. My husband ordered an Americano and said it tasted like bitter water. We both immediately threw it away after one sip. I’m so sorry but it was our truthful experience. We were very disappointed because it looks like a fabulous coffee shop.
Great little coffee shop! Good quality drinks, excellent service and a nice atmosphere! Food/Pastry selection is nice, but limited. They do have a breakfast burrito as a food option, along with muffins, scones and cookies. Nice seating area and wifi for the commuter.
Finally got a chance to try out this new coffee spot in Huntsville. They operated as a cart for a while until the physical location got built up. It's in the Research Park area, not too far off from University Drive. It's tucked away a little bit, next to the new Viet Crispwich restaurant, but on the bright side there's plentiful parking. The vibes are pretty much immaculate here. Bright, cheerful, airy, but also private if you need -- there are several reclusive booths covered by archways, a perfect hidden away spot to work on a laptop or something. They have cute merchandise and even dedicated items and areas to keep little ones entertained. There's seating indoors and a couple of patio tables and chairs outside too. Service was pleasant enough. We didn't chat much but I was greeted and smiled at and my beverage was ready in a timely manner, so that's all you really need. The menu has coffee classics and then a few seasonal specials. There's matcha too, at least currently. There are supposed to be some baked goods for snackage, but when I visited at about 10:30 on Monday, they only had a few cookies and a brownie. I was hoping for something more in the realm of banana bread or a muffin, but they were wiped out. Maybe Monday is a restock day. They're only open til 2 PM, so definitely a morning/early afternoon hangout only. I got an iced salted caramel latte to go, and I enjoyed it well enough. To me, I really didn't taste any salted caramel, but it was a good iced latte: rich, smooth, almost buttery, and not too bitter. Not as sweet as I'd like but that's often the case with what I consider more "serious" coffee places like this one. If you enjoy coffee, I think you'll like this coffee. It was certainly strong coffee, cause my husband said it was basically emanating off me when I got home. lol. Give them a try and don't forget to take a cute picture with their gorgeous mural! I'll likely return in the future.
First impression review... A cool vibe spot that feels like let's write this screen play already! Service? Super friendly staff! Immediately greeted with smiles and genuine enthusiasm! I'll be back off of that alone. Layout? Awkward imho. The seating is open concept with three cute booth options, but the creamer/service station is directly in front of the register (which is literally the center of the restaurant) so it feels like it takes up unnecessary space and makes you the center of attention as you balance your coffee and try not to disturb the beautiful design! Now, let's talk coffee. Pure Latte art! But the taste was meh...I had the Harvest Latte but it wasn't giving harvest. It didn't taste or smell anything like you'd expect from the description. I didn't finish my cup. I'll try something different next time. Milk choices: Whole, Almond, Oat What I ordered: Harvest Latte, $9
Delicious coffee in a beautiful coffee shop. The espresso tastes fabulous and they have a few handcrafted syrups. The cinnamon honey was very good. The staff are very kind and helpful. They have a few kids books and toys and they expressed families are welcome. The shop has beautiful arch ways and a garage door that I anticipate will be open when the weather gets cooler. Onward is a must go coffee shop
