I absolutely love this place. Iv wanted to try yoga all my life, but just never got a chance or made a strong enough effort. But My broken ailing body demanded I try. Vibes here are great. Lovely looking studio with lovely instructors and a large variety of movement, Yoga And pilates classes. I'm still learning all the lingo and concepts, but so far so good. A Very welcoming and peaceful place!
I came by to the check out the studio and it is super inviting and such a nice space! I spoke with Hope who was soooo welcoming and made the visit that much better - she knew everyone's name and it felt very personable. Even though I had no knowledge of the origins of Pilates she knew it all and openly shared - super cool backstory on the rack system by the way. Very friendly place, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to try something new!
I’ve been going to Ore for just over a month, and I’m so glad I found it! The instructors are incredibly welcoming and make you feel comfortable from day one. The classes are versatile and engaging, with a great variety of reformer options at times that actually fit my schedule. I started coming here to help with back pain from a desk job, and after just a couple of sessions, I noticed a huge improvement. It’s now completely gone. I couldn’t recommend this place more—such a great atmosphere and effective workouts!
Starting coming in after surgery in the summer as part of my healing process. I do the reformer classes mainly and am so happy to see progress with my flexibility, mobility, strength and balance. The staff here are always friendly and so accommodating to your personal needs. I’ve genuinely seen improvement in other exercises (weight lifting, running) since Pilates has helped me understand my mind body connection. Great studio!
I did a reformer this weekend, it was so great! The studio is super clean, and the instructor is very knowledgeable I felt very safe doing all the new steps. also I really appreciate that they actually have classes in the weekends, while other Pilates studios often only run on weekdays.
