I’ve been consistently using Orkin as my pest control for about 3 years now and I am never disappointed! Mark is usually my service tech and he is a very nice guy! He’s always willing to do anything I ask and never lets me feel bad about the condition of my house! Which means a lot because being a working mom/ Gigi holding down 2 jobs while raising my 14 year old daughter & 6 year old grandson and caring for my immediate family and 6 pets! Life can be too busy to keep everything immaculate at all times! I would always definitely recommend and do tell my friends! The stuff really works!! Very reasonable price as well! #Happycustomer😁

Josh and Melvin were great to work with. They came out as I spotted a couple of mice, and they checked out my crawlspace and noticed some moisture. I'm glad they gave me options to think about for the crawlspace and how to ensure my house doesn't have future issues. They also helped identify where mice were getting in and fixed that!

We have a unique situation that is hard to deal with, but our tech listens and is responsive to our feedback. We've needed a couple of touch up treatments they did at no cost. Yes, you will spend money each month for their regularly scheduled bi-monthly treatments, but reasonable touch ups are included, and they're getting to know our unique situation to treat it more effectively.

After a year of service we stopped using this company. Not because we were dissatisfied with them but because the employee that did our last service was honest with us. We used Orkin mainly for Tick and outdoor pest control. The technician, that serviced our home, let us know that Orkin really wasn’t equipped to handle a yard our size and we’d be better off using a full yard service company. He was even kind enough to recommend 3 companies in our area. So I give them 5 stars for the service they provided and the honesty of what they really can’t handle.
