Jose came today and did the first phase of service. He was really nice, explained everything very thoroughly and was able to do a walk-through of exactly what he was going to do! He sprayed two forms of insecticide and even did a perimeter spray around the whole house. We are still waiting to see results but in terms of customer service from consultation to phase I everyone has been very kind and thorough.
Jamira was quick, thorough and professional. Pointed out an area I had missed and set up a repair to a missed exclusion area. All part of my long term follow-up. No charge.
Hector is the best! Since the initial inspection and at every bi-monthly service he is always knowledgeable, quick, and professional. I have seen a real difference in my pest problem thanks to his intervention.

Man, I had our normal spray today and when hector came in i realized how good he is. Always easy to talk to, Very trustworthy, does such a great job. Hector needs a raise! no, but seriously thank you hector for always do a great job
