First contacted Orkin about 10 months ago after struggling with ants and spiders but since starting the service we haven’t had issues and if something ever comes up they are quick to respond. Our Orkin service pro is Nathan and he is the best! He is friendly and answers all our questions.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Orkin. When I signed up for service, I was very clear about my concerns due to past issues with another pest control company that would not allow me to cancel. I specifically explained that flexibility was important to me, and I was told that with Orkin, I would be able to cancel if I needed to. That assurance was a major selling point and the reason I agreed to move forward. Now that I am trying to cancel (after only needing help for a minor springtail issue) I am being told I am locked into a one-year contract and cannot cancel. This directly contradicts what was communicated to me at sign-up. They claim they have a transcript/recording from when I signed, yet refuse to provide it when I ask. If you’re going to use a transcript to deny cancellation, you should be willing to share it. The refusal to share it feels extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about transparency. I would not have agreed to this service had I been told cancellation was not allowed. This experience feels misleading and dishonest, being told one thing to get you to sign, and another once you try to leave. If you are considering Orkin, get everything in writing and do not rely on verbal promises, as they clearly do not hold up. I simply wanted to resolve a small pest issue and move on, but instead I am now stuck dealing with a company that will not honor what was promised and will not provide documentation they claim exists.

Apartment living can be nerve-racking when considered from a pest-proof perspective. Both J.R. and Matthew (as well as the initial scheduler) were absolutely phenomenal. They were realistic, unlike the false kindness often offered by many customer service roles. They were very swift and professional, understanding my request for an inspection without any evidence of pests of any kind. They made no false promises or claims. The inspection was comprehensive and informative. By the end of the day, I was confident that I had no signs of any pest, that I was doing what I needed to avoid any future issues to the best of my ability, and realistically. There were no added or unexpected charges. It was all very clean, cut, and dry, to say the least. I am incredibly grateful.

Nick was awsome! Very informative, friendly& helpful. Even got the long latter out of our pole barn for us to so he could check up in the attic. Very impressed with him. Would recommend him & the company for sure. .

Kaleb was freaking awesome and thorough. He showed us where everything is getting into the house. He showed us that there was evidence from a year ago of this starting and it has grown and showed us where the nest may be. Food is NOT kept where may have found the nest. He’s freaking awesome. He showed us how he’s going to prevent it and keep coming back to check on us. I loved his transparency and his communication. There were holes I never knew about that he pointed out and found! I wil post pictures of some of the things he found that we would have never thought of! And it’s cheaper than you think!!!! I paid 194 for the first treatment and it’s 94$ every other month don’t let the price scare you ! No hidden fees either!!!
