As first-time homeowners, my wife and I had a ton of questions and concerns about pest control in a newly built home, and Alfonso absolutely delivered. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough—explaining everything in simple, clear terms that made us both feel confident about the treatment plan moving forward. You could tell he really knows his craft and takes pride in helping families protect their homes. We’re extremely happy Orkin was our first call. Highly recommend Alfonso and the whole Orkin team!
Service is always great! Always on time and friendly. The only qualms that I have is that when they make an appt they don’t contact you to see what works well for the customer, they just send you an appt date. I got a text on Halloween at 6:15pm letting me know that they will be here on Monday and they didn’t even give an estimated time frame. That is not enough sufficient time to tell my job. I’m already home for several hours by the time I got the text. I had to call and leave a voice mail letting them know this. So once again they texted me giving me a Saturday date that also does not work. I guess the only way to resolve this is I made an account login and I will just have to request dates online which I didn’t know you could do until I made the account. Other than that always great service.
