I would advise you not to purchase from this florist if you are expecting a premium or luxury arrangement. I ordered a $200 “premium / grand” arrangement and was prompted to upsell before checkout... the website would not allow me to complete my order without responding to that prompt. Based on that positioning, I reasonably expected a noticeably elevated arrangement in both scale and flower selection - it's Christmas, after all, and it was for my Mother. So it only seemed fair to invest in a beautiful arrangement. What was delivered was a small cheap wooden box arrangement composed primarily of carnations, spray chrysanthemums, snapdragons, basic greenery, and three roses. These are high-volume, entry-level flowers commonly used in grocery stores and chain florists. The stem mix does not align with what most customers understand to be “premium” at a $200 price point. When I contacted customer service/owner to address this privately... hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt given their positive reviews... the response was dismissive and defensive. The reply focused on business overhead and rose sourcing (Ecuador vs. Colombia), despite roses not being the primary flowers used, and did not address the actual materials, size, or the fact that I was upsold. A a small store credit was offered instead of acknowledging the mismatch between how the product was sold and what was delivered. This experience felt like paying for business margins rather than materials or value, which should not be the customer’s responsibility... especially after being guided toward a premium upsell. If you are considering ordering here, I strongly recommend going for a more bouquet florist. Their convenience doesn't match their value and I'm disappointed that I had to publicly disclaim this.
Update: They reached out to me and made everything right. Wonderful manager, she agreed it wasn't their normal. Very happy with their response and will try them in the future after seeing all the good reviews . The worst flower arrangement I've ever seen. Looks like they threw some leftover flowers from the day in a vase. And all that greenery? Not at all what was described. Especially for the price. Totally disappointed and embarrassed by these flowers I had sent.
Provided a reference photo of some flowers a week in advance to be picked up, they provided flowers that looked nothing similar to the reference photo, and they weren’t ready for pick up @ opening, was not accommodating when I told them what was wrong **Edit to reply I placed my order a full week in advance for pickup on the 6th, so the expectation was that it would be ready as requested. I want to clarify that the screenshot I showed was from TikTok, not AI, and I don’t appreciate it being suggested otherwise. More importantly, the composition and arrangement of the flowers did not match what I specifically asked for when placing the order. I expected a faithful execution of my request, and unfortunately, that did not happen. Photo 1 is the reference photo Photo 2 is what I received Keep in mind these were $190
I ordered the "Florist's Choice Small Wrapped Bouquet" as a last minute surprise for my daughter and it was absolutely gorgeous! Beautifully arranged and very full, plus it was delivered within hours of placing my order. I've always been super happy with any of the arrangements I've ordered through Osborne Florist. They are definitely my go-to for flowers in Winnipeg!
The flowers speak for themselves, 12 dozen white roses with greenery and perfect packaging, easy place to call, ask for what you want and get out with no problem or any inconveniences except for an adorable doggy who you just cant resist to give a belly rub to before you head out, well done. Very happy I called this place on the way to the air port to see my girlfriend. Cause without you I would have came to the airport with random twigs from the ground calling it an effort.
