I’ve been going to OCR now for years. They always have the best most professional staff. I had seen other practitioners before coming here and OCR is by far my favourite. Each practitioner does a mini re-assessment at every appointment to make sure you are getting the best care possible. They really ensure that treatment lasts the entirety of the appointment time and always communicate the best timelines on when to see you again. I cannot recommend them enough!
I had disc herniation and sciatica, and it took me multiple trials and errors and nothing worked until I visited OCR and worked with Dr Glenn. He analyzed and understood the situation and affected areas and explained all the treatments in great detail. Not only did my pain start going away and mobility improve, but also I learned a lot about my body and how to continue keeping it healthy and safe in the future. The exercises we discussed were unassuming but built up a lot of strength and confidence. I can now touch my toes again after 6 months of pain and restricted mobility. Thank you so much for healing me ☺️
I have been going to OCR before OCR was OCR. I followed Dr. Glenn, co-owner and Chiro and Acupuncturist, for treatment from a med clinic on King St - to his home clinic - to OCR where I see him today. Not only is he super lovely, kind, and caring - I find he is a bit of a genius when it comes to anatomy and functionality. I also have seen Dr. Birch at the clinic and am so impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and skill as well. Susan and the Front Desk are top notch as well. One of the things that keeps me coming back to OCR (besides the exceptional skill of the practitioners) is that I always feel really taken care of there by Susan, Glenn and the whole team. I know that if I'm not OK, they will be there to help me. Caring and creative problem solvers! Highly recommend.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Glenn since June after a couple of emergency surgeries in Japan. Needing some serious rehab for my situation, Dr Glenns' kind and constructive approach has been incredibly encouraging. My rehab is ongoing, but I feel much closer to regaining full health and functionality. Diane, my physiotherapist, has been providing methodical care, skilled hands-on adjustments and attentive listening. Her detailed approach has been essential in restoring my mobility day-by-day. Together, Dr. Glenn and Diane have been a critical part of my recovery, and I’m grateful for their thoughtful care.
I had a great experience with OCR and specifically with physiotherapist Diane Kim. The physical space is very nice. Appointment scheduling and invoicing were all very smooth. Diane is an excellent practitioner. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining her diagnosis, her treatments, and the rationale behind both. I appreciated how she always adapted her input to match my goals. Highly recommend!
