I ordered my wedding flowers from this shop, including floral wristbands and groom’s boutonniere — and everything turned out absolutely stunning. We had a great experience working with Ottawa Flowers for our wedding! The price was very reasonable and the bouquet I recieved on my wedding day matched my vision perfectly. Pavel always seemed a tad rushed, but there was clearly no need to worry about that because everything was exactly what we wanted. The delivery people were also very kind and polite. Thank you for bringing a splash of colour to our wedding day!
I purchased flowers to be sent to my mom for her birthday because I wasn't in town, but I wouldn't suggest it. To make the bouquet unique for my mom, I ordered flowers and then upgraded them. They weren't premium flowers and didn't look like the ones I had originally bought when they arrived. The store told me to send an email when I called, so I did, and it took them a few days to reply. After my mom's birthday had already past and she had the flowers for a few days, they informed me that they would send a new bouquet. Importantly, though, they stated that the flowers would be delivered, but I would have to give the old ones back to the person who would deliver them. (Please take notice that I wasn't in Ottawa.) How can they expect someone who received flowers to be at home to return the flowers I purchased, which I wanted to be perfect the first time? When I refused this request because it had been a few days, they stopped responding. I would phone, and they would promise to call me back. I called again after two weeks had passed, someone said they were busy and asked me to call back in three days because it was a holiday weekend. The matter could have been resolved two weeks ago. Following all of this, they informed me that they could only issue a partial refund because it was their policy to alter a specific percentage of the bouquet. The bouquet didn't look like what was bought, but it didn't match the enhanced sizing and the flowers were dying. If you want to be scammed, Here's where you should go.
I went with Ottawa Flowers for my fall wedding in October and everything was perfect! The flowers were fresh, the arrangements were beautiful and everything was delivered on time. They executed everything we had planned. I had a large wedding and wedding party, so many bouquets and centerpieces were required and they came through with everything! 10/10 would recommend!
