Working with Gretchen was an incredibly helpful experience and worthwhile investment, the result of which was getting my top choice job after struggling to get interviews before. When I started with Gretchen, I was suffering from indecision about whether to continue on my previous career path (Product Management) or do something else entirely. She helped me think clearly about my experience and goals, and ultimately feel confident about sticking with the same career path. That exploration also helped narrow my job selection criteria, and make applications/outreach more targeted. Once interviews started coming in, she helped me position myself in a way that felt both natural and aligned with the types of positions I was applying for.
