Daniel was wonderful!! He took the time to explain the diamond selection process and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went to him as a second opinion from another engagement ring store and he got me a much better deal with much better quality! I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone for their jewelry needs!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceeds Expectations Pacific Ocean Jewelers at Kahala Mall truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I could feel that the owner genuinely lives Aloha every day. The service was warm, kind, and professional. They repaired the lock on my chain and replaced the battery in my plumeria watch while I shopped at the mall. Within an hour, I returned and both items were ready for pickup—perfectly done. Exceptional service, craftsmanship, and true Aloha. Highly recommend. Eō!
Daniel did a wonderful job repairing my heirloom wedding ring. After going to some chain stores I did not feel comfortable having my ring sent to the mainland for repair. Knowing that Daniel has years of experience and it stays right here on island gave me peace of mind. Not only did he replace a missing diamond, but he secured the others and the ring came back looking better than ever! So thankful to have found a jeweler I can trust.
Few years ago my husband broke his wrist then physician said to have his weding ring cut at the jeweler before his finger gets cut off or and the ER will ruin the ring. We went this jeweler they cut it off so effortlessly and didn’t charge ! I just came back and had the ring in the photo done I wear it daily to remember my late husband so thank you Iove the ring also 😍
I had an amazing experience at Pacific Ocean Jewelers! I came in to get my engagement ring resized and ended up purchasing a custom piece for my fiancée. The team was so helpful and patient throughout the entire process. The engraving came out beautiful and everything was done with such care and attention to detail.
