Pacific gave us the best prices and service. Their technician was professional, honest, and helpful in how he advised us on our projects. The other companies we first called tried to oversell us expensive jobs instead of addressing the basic problems for reasonable prices. We plan to recommend this company to others and be repeat customers of Pacific for any future jobs needed.
Great service— came right away on a weekend when my water tank caused a leak. They quickly replaced the water tank, helped to reseal a faulty drain pipe. Very kind, communicative and easy to work with and price was very reasonable.
This is my second review of Pacific Plumbing Team. I feel lucky I found these guys. This time I made an appointment. Gleb was on time. He's the nicest guy, and his expertise shines through. It was genuinely a kindness to have a trusted plumber. He ended up replacing two toilets and fixing the faulty knob on our kids' shower. Professional, clean, quick, and reasonably priced. I will definitely call Pacific Plumbing Team with any future plumbing needs. Also, I have already recommended them to my neighbors. Ask for Gleb!
and eventually it became almost unusable. I finally called this plumber, and I’m really glad I did. He arrived on time, greeted me politely, and got straight to work. After inspecting the drain, he explained that there was a significant buildup inside the pipes. He used professional equipment to clear everything out and tested the drain to make sure the water flowed smoothly. He even cleaned the drain cover and gave me tips on preventing hair clogs. I appreciated how thorough and respectful he was with my home. The difference was immediate the tub drained perfectly again. The cost was very fair, considering the time and effort he put into the work. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend him.
