I went here on Christmas Eve as we were from out of town. They were booked but Doug said he would see what he could do. Did great work on my car and just went above and beyond to get it all the parts and get it done, remind you on Christmas Eve. Especially when they didn’t have to work so hard. They are honest good people, amazing staff. They are great mechanics and honest. I cannot say enough. Wish I was local, I would have my car care team. Thank you!!
Paddock has been great. They have taken care of both of our cars for several years now. They have fixed what has been needed to be fixed and they have gotten me in when I have needed to get in. Not much of a wait. The prices have seemed reasonable and they use top quality products. I’ve seen some family cars that are 25 years old and have been driven daily by the proverbial ‘little old lady down the street’, to exotics that should be in my garage. They have been doing this for years and they know their stuff!
If I could give them 6 stars I would. Not only are they masters of their craft they are super honest and truly look out for you, almost seems counterintuitive in an industry where someone is always trying to get one over on you. They believe in long term relationships and I am a now a long term customer. I took my e92 m3 there and they did great work on it flashing it back to stock and some other preventative maintenance. True experts, went above and beyond what is normal (my flash back to stock had tons of issues bc of the original tuner) do not hesitate to take your vehicle here.

I don’t write many reviews but wanted to just take a second to recognize this amazing shop. Doug and his team are knowledgeable and true BMW fanatics. I haven’t taken a car to a shop in years (I DIY basically anything) but wanted to get my a/c checked by professionals. Paddock took great care of my E91 and got the ac system check serviced and refilled in just a few hours for a great price. Will definitely be back! Go see them for any of your BMW and other import needs.
